Return and exchange policy

Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Conditions: Without prejudice to the provisions of warranty agreements and regulations, the consumer is not entitled to exchange the product provided by the store during the product receipt period.
2. Product Condition: The product must be in good condition, and the consumer should not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before the exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer bears the shipping costs if they wish to exchange the product, and in the case of international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
1. If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications specified by them, except for products that have defects or do not conform to the specifications set by the consumer.
2. If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other written works.
3. If a defect in the product appears due to the consumer's improper handling.


Return Policy
1. Return Conditions: Without prejudice to the provisions of warranty agreements and regulations, the consumer is not entitled to rescind the contract and return the product provided by the store within one day from the date of receipt. The consumer is not entitled to return the product after seven days.
2. Costs: The consumer bears the costs incurred for the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated or not depending on the situation.
